The Mango’s Grace is a playful yoga sequence built into the story of Mokili, a young boy who is guided towards conscious and mindful eating practices by a talking mango.
As your little one’s follow Mokili, they will be introduced to the grounding breathwork (pranayama), tension releasing warm-ups and yoga asanas (poses) to build strength, balance and flexibility.
The sequence concludes with relaxation (Savasana).
